- 港大法学院始建于1969年，正式成立于1984年，被公认为国际上最好的法学院之一，学院目前分为两个系（法律系和专业法律教育系）。
港大法学院目前提供的研究生学位课程有：
·Juris Doctor
·Master of Common Law
·Master of Laws
·Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
·Master of Laws in Chinese Law
·Master of Laws in Compliance and Regulation
·Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law
·Master of Laws in Human Rights
·Master of Laws in Medical Ethics and Law
·Master of Laws in Technology and Intellectual Property Law
港大法硕申请难度最高，LLM申请时普遍要求带7分（单项不低于6.5）以上的雅思成绩，且均要求法本背景（或非法本但有相关从业资质及两年以上法律行业从业经历）。
港大法学院中相对要求较低是Master of Common Law，该课程专为非普通法司法管辖区（特别是中国大陆）的法律毕业生而设，可接受6.5分的雅思成绩。
Juris Doctor可接受非法本学生转专业申请，学制两年，但申请难度也是港大法学院里面最大的，雅思要求7.5以上。
