- Piano Audition Requirements:
PERFORMANCE
Scales - one major, one minor (four octaves)
J.S. Bach - A Prelude and Fugue from the Well-Tempered Clavier (or several movements from a Bach Suite)
First movement of a Classical period sonata by Beethoven, Mozart or Haydn
One additional short work from the Romantic or Contemporary period
CONCENTRATION (music education, music therapy, music history, or music theory):
one major and one minor scale (two octaves)
J.S. Bach - a two or three part Invention, or one movement from a Suite
First movement of a Classical period sonatina or sonata (Clementi, Kuhlau, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven)
One additional short work from the Romantic or Contemporary period (optional)
